[origin: EP2196107A1] The method involves filling bristle bunch (3) in cavities (4) of molds (5), and forming the bunch with individual bristles (2). The bristles are clumpfully supplied via supply lines (6) using gas or air flow produced by vacuum. The bunch is influenced by compressed gas or air acting in delivery direction. The bunch is exposed to vacuum, prevalent in the supply lines, at beginning of the delivery and during entry into the lines. A high pressure is produced in the lines at an entry region after the bunch passes a section or a high pressure entry point (12). An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing bristle fields or bristle bundles for a brush.
