Abstract (en)
The method involves separating an electromotive turntable drive (44) of a turntable, which is used for adjusting and/or positioning a container. The defective turntable drive is deactivated during occurrence of malfunction of the drive under continued operation of a rotary table machine. Subsequent steps for monitoring container positions are partially deactivated, where the container positions are associated to the deactivated turntable drive. A labeling device is temporarily deactivated for the container positions.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Steuerung einer Maschine zur Behandlung von Behältern (12) sowie dieser nachgeordneter Bearbeitungs- und/oder Behandlungsstationen, bei dem die Maschine eine Mehrzahl von jeweils motorisch betriebenen Drehtellern (42) zur Ausrichtung und/oder Positionierung der Behälter (12) aufweist, bei welchem Verfahren die motorischen Antriebe (44) der Drehteller (42) jeweils separat überwacht und bei einem auftretenden Fehler eines oder mehrerer der Drehtellerantriebe (44) unter Weiterbetrieb der Maschine und/oder der nachgeordneten Stationen die betroffenen fehlerbehafteten Drehtellerantriebe (44) deaktiviert werden.
