Abstract (en)
The lock (22) has a base body provided with a guide path (21) for a foot of a needle. A movable attachment part i.e. longitudinal slot (52), attaches the base body to a bearing. The movable attachment part moves a position of the lock in a movement direction, which is oriented perpendicular to a needle longitudinal direction and to a slide longitudinal direction. A needle bed is driven around a rotational axis. A recess (56) is provided at an end (55) at which the guide path starts, and a projection (58) is provided at an end (57) at which the guide path ends. An independent claim is also included for a knitting machine including a rope lock provided with a needle lock and a pin lock.
Abstract (de)
Bei einer Rund- oder Flachstrickmaschine ist ein Nadelschloss vorgesehen, dass eine Verstellung mindestens eines Schlossteils (22) in Bezug auf mindestens ein anderes Schlossteil (27) gestattet. Dadurch lässt sich der Zeitverlauf des Schließens und des Öffnens des Hakeninnenraums der Schiebernadel auf den Zeitverlauf des Rückzugs der Schiebernadel justieren und bedarfsentsprechend einstellen. Diese Maßnahme kann zur Erhöhung der Strickqualität und Betriebssicherheit einer mit Schiebernadeln bestückten Strickmaschine genutzt werden.
