Abstract (en)
The element (20) has two side regions (22) formed with a ventilation zone (26) or defining the ventilation zone. A ridge corona region (24) is provided between the side regions, and is connected as a single piece in a positive fit manner with the side regions. The side and corona regions form a profile at a distance from a ridge of a thatched roof (10), so that the element forms an air duct on the ridge of the roof. A base element is made of plastic material, a cover surface element and a ridge crown element are made of metal, and a distance area element strip is made of metal or plastic.

Es wird ein Firstflächenelement (20) für ein Reetdach (10) beschrieben, wobei das Firstflächenelement (20) zwei Schenkelbereiche (22) aufweist, die jeweils mit einer Belüftungszone (26) ausgebildet sind oder eine Belüftungszone (26) definieren. Dabei kann das Firstflächenelement (20) zwischen den beiden Schenkelbereichen (22) einen Firstkronenbereich (24) aufweisen, der mit den beiden Schenkelbereichen (22) materialeinstückig derartig verbunden ist, dass die beiden Schenkelbereiche (22) und der Firstkronenbereich (24) ein vom First (18) des Reetdaches (10) beabstandetes Profil bilden und das Firstflächenelement (20) auf dem First (18) des Reetdaches (10) einen Lüftungskanal (28) bildet.
