Abstract (en)
The lance (5) has a lance tip arranged at a distance from a thermal shield (33) such that a flow channel (39) for a cooling fluid is provided between the tip and the shield. The shield has an outflow opening (35) for the fluid at an end of the tip, and an inflow opening (37) connected with a cooling fluid supply (3) and located upstream of the outflow opening. The tip has a fuel injector (7) i.e. atomizing nozzle, arranged in a protrusion (23) from an upper surface (27) of the tip. The protrusion is guided to an opening (41) of the shield. An independent claim is also included for a burner comprising fuel injectors for supplying a gaseous fuel.

Es wird eine Brennerlanze (5) mit einer von einem Hitzeschild (33) umgebenen Lanzenspitze (28, 29) mit wenigstens einer Brennstoffdüse (7) zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Hitzeschild (33) ist mit Abstand von der Lanzenspitze (28, 29) angeordnet, so dass zwischen dem Hitzeschild (33) und der Lanzenspitze (28, 29) ein Strömungskanal (39) für ein Kühlfluid vorhanden ist. Am Ende der Lanzenspitze (28, 29) weist der Hitzeschild (33) wenigstens eine Ausströmöffnung (35) für das im Strömungskanal (39) befindliche Kühlfluid auf. Außerdem weist er wenigstens eine zur Ausströmöffnung (35) stromaufwärts gelegene und mit einer Kühlfluidzufuhr (3) verbundene Einströmöffnung (37) auf. Die Brennstoffdüse (5) ist in einem über die Oberfläche (27) der Lanzenspitze (28) vorstehenden Vorsprung (33) angeordnet, der an eine Öffnung (41) des Hitzeschildes (33) zumindest herangeführt ist.
