Abstract (en)
The device (50) has six brushes arranged for rubbing on a manifold of a rotary electric machine during operation of the rotary electric machine, and a brush holder assembly (54) comprising six cages (60, 61) arranged to receive one of the brushes. An electric connector (70) is arranged to electrically connect three of brushes, where the connector is partially carried by one of the cages. The brush holder assembly is extended along circumference, where the brushes are spaced from one another along the circumference of non zero angle. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a brush device.

L'invention concerne un dispositif à balais (50) pour une machine électrique tournante, notamment un démarreur de véhicule automobile, ce dispositif comportant : - au moins six balais agencés pour venir frotter sur un collecteur de la machine électrique tournante lors du fonctionnement de celle-ci, - un ensemble porte-balais (54) comprenant au moins six cages (60 ; 61) agencées chacune pour recevoir l'un desdits balais, - un connecteur électrique (70) agencé pour relier électriquement au moins trois balais, ce connecteur étant porté au moins partiellement par l'une au moins des cages.
