Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2009024265A1] The invention relates to a grid image (30) for illustrating a motif (24) moving about a tilting axis (20) upon tilting of the grid image (30), having two or more grid fields (32, 34, 36) comprising a visual image depending on the viewing angle, each containing a grid pattern made up of a plurality of dashed grid lines influencing an electromagnetic radiation and a preferred direction defining a viewing angle, from which the respective grid field (32, 34, 36) is visually recognizable, wherein according to the invention the grid fields (32, 34, 36) are formed of a plurality of partial regions (32-i, 34-i, 36-i) nestled inside of each other, and each grid field (32, 34, 36) shows a view (24-A, 24-B, 24-C) of the motif (24) that is substantially offset along the tilting axis (20), wherein the viewing angles for the visual recognition and the offsets of the motif views (24- A, 24-B, 24-C) of the grid fields (32, 34, 36) are adjusted to each other such that an illustration of the motif (24) substantially moving along the tilting axis (20) is created for the viewer during the tilting of the grid image (30).
