Abstract (en)
The buckle (10) has a pair of superposed rings (11, 12) i.e. rectangular frames of different dimensions, where one of the rings includes a rectangular opening (13) arranged under another rectangular opening (14). The buckle is in position to block a strap in a slot (16) to follow application of clamping force or in releasing position after swiveling movement of the other ring. The latter ring is articulated on the former ring by utilizing a connecting spring (19) to press the latter ring against the former ring and to urge the latter ring slidingly to blocking position. The ring is totally molded from casting in coating made of plastic material.

Boucle d'attache pour la mise en place et le réglage d'une sangle 15, composée d'une paire d'anneaux 11, 12 superposés de dimensions différentes, et d'une fente 16 transversale de passage de la sangle. Le deuxième anneau 12 est articulé au premier anneau 11 au moyen d'un ressort de liaison 19 apte à plaquer le deuxième anneau 12 contre le premier anneau 11, et à solliciter ledit deuxième anneau à coulissement vers la position de blocage.
