The wall (1) has wall elements such as carrying tray (2) and a non bearing veneer wall (3) spaced apart from each other by a spacer device e.g. steel wall grid carrier (5) such that the elements are arranged parallel to each other. An interspace with lightweight aerated mortar (4) e.g. Poriment-P(RTM: free-flowing, lightweight aerated cementitious mortar) is filled with thermal insulated properties, where the interspace is clamped between the carrying tray and the veneer wall by the spacer device. The spacer device is formed by plastic and glass fiber particles. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a thermally insulated double wall.

Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt eine wärmegedämmte Doppelwand bereit, das zwei Wandelemente umfasst, die durch eine Abstandshaltevorrichtung so voneinander beabstandet sind, dass die Wandelemente parallel zueinander angeordnet sind. Das erste Wandelement ist eine Tragschale (2), während das zweite Wandelement eine nicht tragende Vorsatzschale (3) ist. Ein zwischen der Tragschale (2) und der Vorsatzschale (3) durch die Abstandshaltevorrichtung aufgespannter Zwischenraum ist mit einem Porenleichtmörtel (4) mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften aufgefüllt. Ferner wird ein Verfahren zur Erstellung der wärmegedämmten Doppelwand bereitgestellt.
