The lock has a lock mechanism (3) brought into unlocked and locked states and provided with a functional element (4) that is made of a spring steel and plastic material. The functional element is formed as a spring-flexibly bendable wire or strip and bent into different function positions. A control lever (6) is pivoted around a control lever axis (5) and provided with a control contour (7) that is engaged with the bending-functional element. A height extension (8) of the control contour for adjusting the bending-functional element is aligned parallel to the lever axis.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kraftfahrzeugschloss mit den Schließelementen Schlossfalle (1) und Sperrklinke (2) sowie mit einer Schlossmechanik (3), wobei die Schlossmechanik (3) zumindest in die Funktionszustände "Entriegelt" und "Verriegelt" bringbar ist und hierfür mindestens ein in entsprechende Funktionsstellungen verstellbares Funktionselement (4) aufweist. Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass mindestens ein Funktionselement (4) als federelastisch biegbarer Draht oder Streifen ausgebildet ist und so als Biege-Funktionselement (4) federelastisch in unterschiedliche Funktionsstellungen biegbar ist, dass ein um eine Steuerhebelachse (5) schwenkbarer Steuerhebel (6) mit einer Steuerkontur (7) vorgesehen ist, dass die Steuerkontur (7) mit mindestens einem Biege-Funktionselement (4) zu dessen Verstellung in Eingriff steht oder bringbar ist und dass die für die Verstellung des Biege-Funktionselements (4) maßgebliche Höhenerstreckung (8) der Steuerkontur (7) parallel zu der Steuerhebelachse (5) ausgerichtet ist.
