Abstract (en)
The method involves analyzing an inductor associated with a container to be heated to determine a function between the instantaneous power supplied to the inductor and a cutting period of a signal generated by a frequency generator controlling an inverter. The inductor analysis is carried out by measurements implemented for a sample of setpoint power values assigned to the inductor, where the sample of setpoint power values includes minimum setpoint power value and a maximum setpoint power value. An independent claim is also included for an electric cooking appliance comprising two boiling plates respectively comprising two inductors mounted in parallel in a single phase of an electrical power supply.

Un procédé d'alimentation en puissance d'au moins un inducteur (I) associé à un récipient à chauffer et alimenté par un onduleur commandé par un générateur de fréquence comprend une étape d'analyse (E45) dudit au moins un inducteur (I) associé au récipient à chauffer, l'étape d'analyse étant adaptée à déterminer une fonction entre la puissance instantanée alimentant ledit au moins un inducteur (I) et la période du signal de découpage généré par le générateur de fréquence commandant ledit onduleur. L'étape d'analyse (E45) comprend des mesures mises en oeuvre pour un échantillon de valeurs de puissance de consigne attribuées audit au moins un inducteur (I). Utilisation notamment dans une table de cuisson à induction.
