Pressure is applied on ends of the jaws for permitting the spacing of the jaws, and for positioning of a finger between the jaws. A cover (9) whose position is adjusted by the sliding of sheaths (10) on bars (8) of the upper jaw, covers an end of the finger by leaving a nail covered with a stencil positioned below the cover.
