Abstract (en)
The instrument (34) has a spoon-shaped end section (36) whose shape is adapted to a shape of a medial orbital floor. An end of the handle section (38) is connected to the spoon-shaped end section. An end section (50) is connected to another end of the handle section, where the end section is designed as a brain spatula. The handle section is plastically deformable. The spoon-shaped end portion is asymmetrically designed. The instrument is formed as a single piece made of ductile metal. An independent claim is also included for a method of manufacturing an instrument.
