Abstract (en)

The process comprises rotating a movable support porous surface comprising impermeable zones (12) in a bath of fibrous solution and causing agglutination of the fibers on the support surface, connecting a band (1) comprising exposed parts and bridge parts to an end of the support surface so that the exposed parts are opposite to the sealed areas of the support surface, and continuously agglutinating the fibers so that the fibers are accumulated on bridge parts and around the exposed parts. The impermeable zones are formed on a web using an adhesive product. The impermeable zones are formed on a web using an adhesive product. The band comprises portions forming narrow parts of the bridge, and large portions forming the exposed parts.

L'invention est relative à un procédé de fabrication d'un substrat fibreux comportant des fenêtres, comprenant les étapes de : - faire défiler une surface support mobile (11) comportant des zones imperméabilisées peu ou pas saillantes (12) de ladite surface mobile dans un bain de solution fibreuse, et provoquer un agglutinement des fibres sur la surface support mobile ; - rapporter à proximité de la surface support mobile un ruban (1) comportant des parties exposées (3) et des parties de pont (2) de sorte que les parties exposées soient sensiblement en regard des zones imperméabilisées de la surface support mobile, le ruban étant introduit à proximité de la surface support mobile dans le bain, sous la surface libre de celui-ci, à un endroit pour lequel des fibres se sont déjà accumulées sur la surface du support mobile; - continuer l'agglutinement des fibres de sorte que les fibres s'accumulent sur les parties de pont et sur un contour des parties exposées.
