Abstract (en)
The closure (1) has a hinge section pivoting an upper part (3) from a position to another position. The upper part is pivoted away from a lower part (2) around an opening angle in the latter position. A retaining device (30) has a pair of retaining sections (31, 32), which are detachably interconnected during pivoting of the upper part in the latter position, where one of the retaining sections is arranged on the lower part and the other retaining section is arranged on the upper part. The device opposes resistance to pivoting of the upper part from the latter position to the former position.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Klappverschluss für ein Behältnis, insbesondere eine Trinkflasche, umfassend ein Unterteil und ein Oberteil, einen Scharnierabschnitt, mittels dem das Oberteil aus einer ersten Position in eine zweite Position schwenkbar ist, in welcher das Oberteil um einen Öffnungswinkel vom Unterteil weggeschwenkt ist, und eine Halteeinrichtung, umfassend einen ersten Halteabschnitt und einen zweiten Halteabschnitt, die beim Schwenken des Oberteils in diese zweite Position lösbar miteinander verbunden werden. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein mit diesem Klappverschluss versehenes Behältnis sowie ein Verfahren zur Fertigung des Klappverschlusses mittels Spritzgießen.
