[origin: WO2009056397A1] The invention relates to a method for producing a treatment jig, particularly a drill jig 7 for accurately guiding an instrument in the oral cavity of a patient, wherein the treatment jig is releasably fixed in a defined position in the jaw area of the patient during an operative treatment, wherein a mounting element for releasably attaching the treatment jig 7 is anchored in the jaw area, particularly by implantation, wherein the mounting element comprises marker structures 1a delineating a three-dimensional coordinate system, and that can be represented by an imaging method together with the anatomy of the patient, wherein a set of three-dimensional image data is taken of the jaw area 2 equipped with the mounting element, so that the implants and the treatment jig 7 to be fixed on the mounting element in a defined manner can be planned, wherein the planning references the coordinate system spanned by the marker structures 1a.
