[origin: FR2921657A1] Nicotinamide derivatives (I) are new. Nicotinamide derivatives of formula (I) are new. A : 1-6C alkoxy or -NR 1R 1 a; Z, Z 1N or CH; L : -CH=CH-, -CH 2CH 2- or -(CH 2) n-Y 1-; Y 1(attached to C : O) = O or -NH-; n : 1-4; either R 1H, aryl (optionally substituted by one or more halo atoms), heteroaryl, 3-6C cycloalkyl, 1-6C alkyl (optionally substituted by one or more OH, 1-6C, preferably 1-4C alkoxy, aryl, 3-6C cycloalkyl, heteroaryl, heterocycloalkyl or -NR aR b); and R 1 aH or 1-6C alkyl; or NR 1R 1 aheterocycloalkyl; either R a, R bH or 1-6C, preferably 1-4C alkyl; or NR aR bheterocycloalkyl comprising optionally N; R 21-6C, preferably 1-4C alkoxy or -NHR 4; R 3H, F or -NH 2; R 4H, heteroaryl, 3-6C cycloalkyl, 1-6C alkyl (optionally substituted by one or more OH, 1-6C, preferably 1-4C alkoxy, heteroaryl, heterocycloalkyl or -NR cR d); either R c, R dH or 1-6C alkyl; or NR cR dheterocycloalkyl comprising optionally N. Independent claims are included for: (1) the preparations of (I); and (2) a phenylamine substituted pyridine compound of formula (II).
