[origin: WO2009043561A2] Disclosed is a luminaire comprising at least one magnetic electrical connection. The mount is provided with at least one first group of electrical contacts and a second group of electrical contacts. An electrical potential can be applied between at least one contact of the first group and at least one contact of the second group. Each contact is designed as a support surface for supporting a magnetic element. A lighting system is equipped with at least one luminaire and at least one mount. At least one electrical connection of the luminaire is magnetically attached to a contact of the mount while another electrical connection of the luminaire is connected to another contact of the mount, an electrical potential being applicable between said two contacts of the mount.
