The handle (10) has a hand grip (20) mounted in a stop plate (30) in an axially fixed rotational manner. The grip includes an opening at a face side, where actuating-multiple corners are axial fixedly inserted in the recess. A busing (40) is supported inside the plate, which is rotational fixedly connected with the grip. The bushing is provided with a fixing element (50) i.e. toothed ring, which fixes the corners in an axial direction (L). The fixing element is designed such that the corners are inserted into the bushing in a direction (R1) and is locked in an opposing direction (R2).

Eine Betätigungshandhabe (10) für Fenster und/oder Türen hat einen Griff (20), der an oder in einer Anschlagplatte (30) axialfest-drehbar gelagert ist, wobei der Griff (20) stirnseitig eine Ausnehmung (27) aufweist, in die ein Betätigungs-Mehrkant (28) axialfest eingesetzt ist, und eine Buchse (40), die sich innen an der Anschlagplatte (30) abstützt und die mit dem Griff (20) drehfest verbunden ist. Damit die Verbindung auch höheren Belastungen problemlos standhält, ist vorgesehen, dass die Buchse (40) mit einem Fixierelement (50) versehen ist, weiches den Betätigungs-Mehrkant (28) in Axialrichtung (L) fixiert.
