Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2009065763A2] The invention relates to a supercharger device (1), in particular an exhaust gas turbocharger for a motor vehicle, with a variable turbo and/or compressor geometry and a guide vane device (2) arranged in a housing (10), comprising at least one vane mounting ring (3) with guide vanes (4) rotatably mounted thereon or therein and an adjuster ring (5) arranged coaxially to the vane mounting ring (3), which may rotate relative to the vane mounting ring (3) and by means of which the guide vanes (4) may be adjusted. The idea of the invention is that the mounting for the adjuster ring (5) on the vane mounting ring (3) is achieved by slide or roller bearings each arranged on a locating pin (9) passing through the vane mounting ring (3), wherein the locating pins (9) define an axial separation of the vane mounting ring (3) from the housing or to an insert piece or cover disc arrangement (10) arranged therein.
