Abstract (en)
The method involves arranging a tubular work piece around a pressure mandrel (20). The pressure mandrel is displaced by rotation, and is remodeled by feeding a shaping mandrel (40). Wall thickness of the tubular work piece is reduced, where the tubular work piece is lengthened. The pressure mandrel is displaced in the axial direction against the work piece during remodeling. An independent claim is also included for a flow form milling device.
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Abstreckdrückwalzen, bei welchem ein rohrförmiges Werkstück (10) um einen Drückdorn (20) angeordnet, in Drehung versetzt und durch Zustellen von mindestens einer Umformrolle (40) umgeformt wird. Der Drückdorn (20) wird während der Umformung der Umformung relativ in axialer Richtung gegenüber dem Werkstück verfahren. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung eine Vorrichtung zum Abstreckdrückwalzen eines rohrförmigen Werkstücks mit einem Drückdorn (20), welcher in dem rohrförmigen Werkstück anordbar ist, mindestens einer Umformrolle (40) zum Zustellen und Umformen des Werkstücks sowie einem Drehantrieb zum drehenden Antreiben des Werkstücks. Bei der Vorrichtung ist der Drückdorn während der Umformung relativ in axialer Richtung gegenüber dem Werkstück verfahrbar gelagert.
