[origin: EP2210720A1] The device has a rotation tool (2) clamped between a contact element (4) and a tensioning device, and an axially screwing core pin partly holding a spring washer (6). A core pin is connected with a shaft (3). A power transmission element (8) connects the core pin with the shaft. The power transmission element and the core pin of a tensioning device are frictionally connected by a power reduction mechanism. The power transmission element and the power reduction mechanism are arranged on a shaft opposing side of the rotation tool.
