The slab has two concrete shells (17, 20) arranged parallel to each other, and a cavity (18) arranged between the concrete shells and filled with an insulating material (19). A pipeline register is arranged in the two concrete shells, and a half-open recess (22) is formed in one of the concrete shells and space-sidedly covered by a function plate (15) that is made of sound-absorbing material. The half-open recess disconnects a space-sided surface of the slab, and the function plate is designed as a micro-perforated metal plate. Acoustic absorbers are formed as an insulating body.

Thermoaktive Fertigteilplatte bestehend aus mindestens zwei parallel zu einander angeordneten Betonschalen (17,20) zwischen denen ein Hohlraum (18) angeordnet ist, der von einem Dämmmaterial (19) ausgefüllt ist, wobei in mindestens einer der beiden Betonschalen (17,20) mindestens ein Rohrleitungsregister (21) angeordnet ist, welches von einem temperierten Medium durchflossen ist, und wobei mindestens eine die raumseitige Oberfläche der Fertigteilplatte unterbrechende halboffenen Ausnehmung (22) in der Betonschale (20) der Fertigteilplatte angeordnet ist, die raumseitig von einer Funktionsplatte (15) abgedeckt ist, die aus einem schalldämmenden Material besteht. Damit wird das Schalldämmaß einer solchen Fertigteilplatte verbessert. Zur Verbesserung der Klimatisierung wird ferner vorgeschlagen, dass der in der Fertigteilplatte angeordnete Luftkanal (23) luftschlüssig mit mindestens einer die raumseitige Oberfläche der Fertigteilplatte unterbrechenden, halboffenen Ausnehmung (22) in der Betonschale (20) der Fertigteilplatte verbunden ist, die raumseitig von einer Funktionsplatte (15) abgedeckt ist, die aus einem schalldämmenden Material besteht.
