Abstract (en)

The device i.e. hydraulic element (1), has a piston (4) displaceably arranged in a cylinder. The piston is secured in a normal position with a load up to a nominal load by fluid against the cylinder, where the fluid is arranged at the cylinder. The hydraulic element comprises an overload valve (9). The overload valve releases a flow channel (13) for the fluid during overload, so that the displacement of the piston takes place at the cylinder. The overload valve is arranged within the cylinder, and the piston is connected with a piston rod (3).

Lastbegrenzungsvorrichtung zur Anordnung im Kraftfluss von Hebezeugen, insbesondere von Kränen, zur Vermeidung von Überbeanspruchungen des Hebezeugs durch oberhalb einer vorgegebenen Nennlast liegende Überlasten, mit einem Hydraulikelement (1) mit einem in einem Zylinder (2) verschiebbar angeordneten Kolben (4), wobei der Kolben (4) bei Lasten bis zur Nennlast über ein im Zylinder (2) angeordnetes Fluid gegenüber dem Zylinder (2) lagegesichert ist, und wobei das Hydraulikelement (1) ein Überlastventil (9) aufweist, welches bei Überlast einen Strömungskanal für das Fluid freigibt und dadurch eine Verschiebung des Kolbens (4) im Zylinder (2) ermöglicht, sowie Hebezeug mit einer solchen Lastbegrenzungsvorrichtung sowie Verwendung eines Hydraulikelements (1) als Lastbegrenzungsvorrichtung.
