[origin: EP2213817A2] In a locking position, a latch (3) protrudes from a lock casing (2) so as to lock a door and can be moved into an opening position, in which the catch is moved backwards into the lock casing so as to open a door. A locking mechanism has first (4) and second (5) activating elements that can be activated by an activating movement for moving the latch. An activating link between the activating elements and the catch includes a gearing element (6).
