Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2009024106A2] 1. Device and method for monitoring air conditioning units and medicinal drugs and biological samples, stored therein. 2.1 It is an object of the present invention to monitor air conditioning units especially in clinical research and the sale of pharmaceuticals, so that not only the air conditioning units are monitored to ensure that the permissible temperature and humidity are maintained, but also the objects stored therein with their optionally deviating tolerances. Aside from alarm messages when measured values are exceeded or not attained, a further objective is the automatic, objective oriented, comprehensive forward projection of the measurement protocol. 2.2 A sensor, which is connected over a cable with a communication unit, is added to each air conditioning unit. The measured values detected are sent by the communication unit to a computer and assembled there for a comprehensive history of the measured values for all objects. 2.3 with the inventive device and the method, comprehensive measurement value protocols can be produced for all objects participating in a clinical study and the medicinal drugs for sale can be monitored automatically without a gap.
