[origin: WO2009071840A2] The method of the invention comprises, in a production line (10) for producing at least two different types of articles (C1, C2, C3, C4), defining at least two production stations in the production line. The method comprises, for one type of article (C1, C2, C3, C4), defining a sub-assembly (E1, E2, E3, E4) of the tasks (A1 to A11) necessary for producing this type of article (C1, C2, C3, C4), wherein each task (A1 to A11) is to be executed by a production station (P1, P2, P3). The method then comprises distributing into the stations (P1, P2, P3), according to at least one predetermined criterion, the tasks (A1 to A11) of the predetermined sub-assembly (E1, E2, E3, E4) for this type of article. The preceding steps are repeated for the other types of articles (C1, C2, C3, C4) while accepting, in case of need, that a task (A1 to A11) common to two sub-assemblies (E1, E2, E3, E4) is executed in two different stations (P1, P2, P3).
