[origin: EP2216278A2] The method involves aligning a sheet (6) in the transport direction (B), and aligning the sheet in the lateral direction. The sheet is released for sheet transfer, and the gripper of the gripper carriage is closed for gripping the sheet. An independent claim is also included for a sheet-processing machine for treatment of sheet of paper or cardboard.
