[origin: EP2216442A1] The device has load transfer elements e.g. projection or studs, placed at defined height, and anchoring elements (5) e.g. lugs, placed at another defined height of the device. The anchoring elements are arranged on two sides of metallic profiles (1, 2) of the device in an alternate or opposite manner, and are in the form of a flat sheet having a distal part (11) and a proximal part (10). The distal part has an opening or space (15) to permit movement of expansion profile positioning and maintaining devices or a fixation unit of the devices.
