[origin: EP2216462A2] The element (P1) has an upper side, and a lower side (US) that is arranged at a distance from the upper side. Cavities (H1-H4) are formed between the upper side and the lower side. Multiple openings (L) i.e. longitudinal holes, are provided on the lower side for draining moisture i.e. water, collected in the cavities. The openings are arranged in rows around a longitudinal distance (LA) to each other. The lower side comprises running grooves in longitudinal direction, where the openings are intended in the grooves.
