Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2216477A2] The device has a pulley wheel (5) coupled with a winding shaft (2) via a coupling element (9). A drive strand is actuated via the coupling element or released for actuation, when the winding shaft is not covered by a lamella of a hanging at a pre-determined position. The hanging is designed as a roller shutter shield. The coupling element is designed such that the drive strand and the shaft are compulsorily decoupled via the coupling element, when the shaft is covered by the lamella. The drive strand and the shaft are compulsorily coupled in a torque transmitting manner.
