Abstract (en)
The band has fixed edges (12) and diagonal threads (22) provided between the fixed edges. A preventing device preventing expansion of length is fixedly connected with the band by bonding or joining and is not plaited with the band. The device consists of woven fabrics and yarns (18). Elastic filaments (20) run and expand in a longitudinal direction. The filaments consist of synthetic or natural elastic materials. The band consists of carbon fibers, glass fibers, aramid fibers, hybrid fibers or roving.
