Abstract (en)
The system has a stator vane carrier (2) and multiple stator vanes and/or ring segments (8), where a hooking element (10) is provided in the guide vane and/or the ring segment. The hooking element is fastened to the stator vane carrier. An insulation element (16) i.e. insulation plate, is arranged between the stator vane carrier and the hooking element. The insulation element is integrally formed at the hooking element. The insulation element is made of steel and ceramic. Multiple cavities are provided in the insulation element.

Ein Leitschaufelträgersystem (1), insbesondere für eine Gas- oder Dampfturbine, mit einem Leitschaufelträger (2) und einer Anzahl von Leitschaufeln (6) und/oder Ringsegmenten, wobei die jeweilige Leitschaufel (6) und/oder das jeweilige Ringsegment ein Verhakungselement (10) umfasst, welches am Leitschaufelträger (2) befestigt ist, soll bei besonders niedrigen Produktionskosten eine besonders hohe Lebensdauer erreichen und eine besonders große Flexibilität hinsichtlich der Materialauswahl erlauben. Dazu ist zwischen dem Leitschaufelträger (2) und dem Verhakungselement (10) ein Isolationselement (16) angeordnet.
