[origin: EP2219083A1] The component has a central part (1) including elastic locking arms (3) for locking an axle (8), and an outer part (5) surrounding the arms, where the arms are attached to the outer part. Orifices (11) are provided between the outer part and a peripheral part (2). The orifices are arranged in a manner such that the peripheral part is attached to the outer part in discrete areas of the outer part. Each discrete area of the outer part comprises a point, which is not displaced during deformation of the arms by the axle.
