[origin: GB2445637A] A collapsible container having a rectangular base 2, upstanding side walls 3, 4 and upstanding end walls 5, 6, the side walls being connected to the end walls via hinges 12, the base comprising a flexible web 2 connected to the lower end of at least two of the opposing walls and a flap 14 connected via a hinge to the lower end of one of the side walls such that the flap overlies and is supported by the flexible web when the container is in an erected state, and is upstanding when the container is in collapsed state; Preferably the side and end walls and the flap have a sandwich construction comprising a semi-rigid panel between flexible webs.
