Abstract (en)

[origin: FR2922916A1] The element (10) has metal sections (30, 40) supported on a bearing wall or support beam, and for forming supports on longitudinal edges (23, 24) of a structural floor unit (20). The sections are integrated to the unit near the edges of the unit, where the unit is made of an expanded plastic material or thermal insulating material. The insulating material is partially or entirely formed based on compact glass fibers or mineral fibers. The sections respectively include webs (31, 41), soleplates (32, 42) placed upper ends of the webs and soleplates (34, 44) placed lower ends of the webs. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a modular element.
