[origin: WO2009063147A1] The invention relates to a signal light housing (10) for an automobile, that comprises a light reflecting assembly (14), a translucent member (24) closing the outer portion of the housing, and a lamp-holder (22) that can be stowed on an inner portion (26) of the light reflecting assembly (14), wherein said lamp-holder includes an opening (30) for an electric connector and at least one adaptor (28a, 28b, 28c) for securing a lamp (16a, 16b, 16c). According to the invention, the lamp holder (22) includes means for conveying the heat (32) generated by the lamps outside of the housing.
