The engine coach and the power supplying coach are detachably coupled with each other, and coaches (1) are firmly coupled to each other within the drive module that includes drive components (9, 10, 13). A user-defined long train with the coaches is formed from the drive module and non-driven additional coaches (7) by a coupling without any change and modification. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a train set.
