[origin: EP2221424A2] The rail (2) has an external rail area (16) provided with first arm (20) for a system with respect to an outer side of an insulation. A second arm (4) includes a third arm (6) and the rail area. An expansion region (8) is arranged between the third arm and the rail area in a transition region to adjust the first arm at different distances from the second arm. The expansion region is made of plastic and flexible with respect to the third arm and the rail area. The second arm and the third arm are made of hard plastic e.g. PVC, polystyrene or polyurethane. The external rail area is made from a soft and flexible plastic such as soft PVC or thermoplastic elastomer.
