[origin: EP2034452A1] The method involves attaching a conveyer system (7) to a stamping system (2) for conveying shipping objects (3). The conveyer system leads down the shipping objects moving at a distance to a stamping process and the shipping objects which are stamped, printed or illustrated in a certain surface region. The shipping objects leaving the stamping system consecutively at a distance are distributed over a falling stage in a shingle stream, in which the distance of the shipping objects approximately correspond to the dimensions of the fresh off the press stamped surface region on shipping objects. An independent claim is included for a unit for stamping or illustrating flat shipping objects by a stamping system.
