Abstract (en)
The plug (1) has a switching contact actuated by a switch (3) e.g. rotary switch, and a flexible arm (2) attached to the plug, where the arm exhibit different lengths. The switch is arranged at an end of the arm. The arm exhibits rigidity such that the arm retains a random shape independent of its orientation. The length of the arms lies in a range of 30 centimeter to 150 centimeter, where the arm exhibits a cylindrical cross section. The arm has an inner layer with high rigidity than an outer layer. The outer layer has a flexible tube and elements spaced at a distance from each other.
