To this end, the draw element (10) is disposed such that it runs on the inside of the seat pipe (2) and at the upper end thereof is connected to a holding element (20), the holding element (20) being disposed in the seat pipe (2) such that it can be longitudinally displaced with respect to the longitudinal axis (A) of the seat pipe (2). In this way, the clamping element (7) can be easily operated simply by displacing the holding element (20), which is disposed in the upper region (2'') of the seat pipe (2), and a clamping effect can be achieved from the inside between the seat pipe (2) and the guiding pipe (1).
