[origin: WO2009074345A2] The invention relates to an adhesive based on an aqueous polymer dispersion, wherein a triaminotriazine derivative which can be thermally activated is employed as a cross-linking agent. The triaminotriazine is inactive at room temperature, but upon warming to the activation temperature, a decomposition of the triamine takes place, giving reactive intermediate products which can condense with hydroxyl groups of the polymer, such that the adhesive can crosslink.
