[origin: EP2224046A1] The heddle (7) has a heddle body made of plastic and forming a thread lug region (9) with a thread lug (10) that is terminated by two bases (12, 13). Guiding surface sections with two guiding surfaces (35) are arranged on the thread lug region at opposite ends. Shafts (23, 24) are attached on the surface sections, and a cross section of the surface sections includes arms (32, 33) arranged parallel to each other and supporting the guiding surfaces. A connection bar (34) connects the arms, encloses the arms with an angle, and has a thickness that differs from the thickness of the arms.
