Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2009068425A1] The invention relates to a premix burner comprising a spin generator (1) and a mixing tube (2) mounted downstream for the combustion of gaseous (13) and liquid (39) fuel which is introduced into the inner burner space (16) of the spin generator (1) and/or along a burner axis (12) into the inner burner space (16) of the spin generator (1), during the admission of the combustion air (4). Said premix burner also comprises a fuel lance (15) arranged on the burner axis (12). The premix burner according to the invention is characterised in that the transition region (6, 8, 40) from the spin generator (1) to the mixing tube (2) comprises at least one additional supply (18, 19, 22) for the introduction of gaseous and/or liquid premix fuel from the wall region into the inner burner space (17) of the mixing tube (2).
