Abstract (en)
The system two adapters (3) provided for coupling to a connecting device of a helmet (1) by a helmet coupling (31). The adapters are attached to a protective mask (2) by a mask coupling (37), where the adapters comprise pivot joints (34). The protective mask attached to the adapters is pivoted around the pivot joints. The adapters comprise pivoting arms (35), are pivoted relative to the pivot joints. Length of the pivoting arms is adjusted. The arms are arranged in a kinematic chain between the pivot joints and the mask coupling.

Ein Adaptersystem für eine Schutzmaske (2) dient zur bewegbaren Befestigung der Schutzmaske (2) an einem Helm (1), wobei das Adaptersystem zwei einzelne Adapter (3) aufweist, welche einerseits zum Ankoppeln an eine Anschlussvorrichtung (11) des Helmes (1) mittels einer Helmkupplung (31) und andererseits zur Befestigung an der Schutzmaske (2) mittels einer Maskenkupplung (37) vorgesehen sind, und die Adapter (3) jeweils ein Schwenkgelenk (34) aufweisen, um welches eine am Adapter (3) befestigte Schutzmaske (2) drehbar ist. Dabei weisen die Adapter (3) jeweils einen bezüglich des Schwenkgelenkes (34) drehbaren Schwenkarm (35) auf, wobei der Schwenkarm (35) in seiner Länge verstellbar ist.
