Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2225959A2] The system two adapters (3) provided for coupling to a connecting device of a helmet (1) by a helmet coupling (31). The adapters are attached to a protective mask (2) by a mask coupling (37), where the adapters comprise pivot joints (34). The protective mask attached to the adapters is pivoted around the pivot joints. The adapters comprise pivoting arms (35), are pivoted relative to the pivot joints. Length of the pivoting arms is adjusted. The arms are arranged in a kinematic chain between the pivot joints and the mask coupling.
