Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2225964A1] The device has a removable blocking cover (16) including an urging member (86) i.e. metal spring, that urges a rotary application member (40) e.g. rotary ball. The urging member is resiliently deformed relative to the cover between idle and resiliently deformed configurations. The urging member is partially deformed such that the container is placed upside down in the cover, when the cover occupies a stable position on a horizontal support, regardless of an angular position of a dispensing head (14) relative to the cover about an axis (A-A'). An independent claim is also included for a method for storing a cosmetic product dispensing device.
