Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2226566A2] The oven i.e. pyrolytic oven (10), has baking a tray holding element (30) i.e. stage (32), mounted at side walls (21) to hold a baking tray (40) with a food to be prepared during preparing processes. The holding element is demounted during a pyrolytic cleaning process and is removed from an interior of a baking space. Another baking tray holding element (50) e.g. insert (51) and projection of coupling piece, is different from the former holding element to hold the baking tray during the pyrolytic cleaning process. The coupling piece is projected into the interior of the baking space.
