[origin: EP2226572A2] The device has a holder (10) comprising a fastening area and a retaining area and fastened to an object, where the retaining area has two ends. A safety element (20) is designed as a clamp and arranged on the ends of the retaining area. The safety element limits a mounting and/or demounting of a heater in a safety condition (20.1) and allows the mounting and/or demounting of the heater in a releasing condition. The safety element has a coupling unit in which a part of a tool is accommodated, where the holder is made from plastic and/or zinc.
